"I had been coming to PFP for years seeing Dr. Poonawala. After her retirement this year I was concerned about finding the same degree of care I had been receiving. Having what I felt was a sinus infection I called and was told that a new doctor with the Southwest Medical facility, Dr Alen Ajanovic, could see me immediately. I arrived on time and was taken to the room very promptly. Dr Ajanovic came in and I was informed that I was patient #1 for him since his arrival at PFP. Clearly though, I was NOT his first patient ever! He was extremely personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough in his examination. I felt I was in excellent hands and would highly recommend him as my new doctor. The facility and staff was top notch in attending to me on intake, and release. Becky, the nurse, even remembered me from previous visit many years ago!"
