Care Philosophy:

“I believe patients should be empowered to participate in their care and collaborate along with the health care team. The best care is achieved when the patient and their family are active participants in their health. For this reason, I enjoy patient education and involving the patient in managing their health. I like to focus on preventative care and management of chronic conditions such as HTN, heart disease, and DM to prevent further progression of the disease. I enjoy the diversity that primary care offers and look forward to getting to know my patients and their families.”

Rebecca Ellspermann, PA-C

Dear Patients and Friends,

It is with great consideration and considerable sadness that I announce my departure from Premier Family Physicians as of July 10th, 2019. I will be returning to my hometown to be near family. It has been a tremendous honor to be entrusted with the care of you and your loved ones and would like to thank each and every one of you for the opportunity.

As I leave the practice, my decision is eased by knowing that you will be left in the knowledgeable, competent and compassionate hands of Dr. Darren Geyer, Aubrey Stanley, NP-C and the newest addition to our care team Natalie Brown, PA-C. Rest assured that each provider has full access to your records and will take remarkable care of you and your families.

I am grateful to have known each of you and for the impact you too, have had on me. I am fortunate to have been able to serve you in times of sickness and in managing your wellness over the last 4 years. I wish each of you excellent health and happiness from the bottom of my heart.

Rebecca Ellspermann, PA-C
