Kevin Spencer, M.D.

Kevin P. Spencer, MD specializes in Family Medicine. He cares for school age children and adults in his practice. He believes prevention, wellness, and sports exams are critical in assessing a person’s health risks and strategizing towards their health goals. He manages risk factors like hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol with high proven standards to prevent early disease. He is available to see urgent complaints on a same day basis.

Anne B. (Barrie) Spencer, M.D.

Dr. Anne B. (Barrie) Spencer is married to Dr. Kevin Spencer and they have twin daughters. She enjoys time with family, hiking, reading and exercising.

Dr. Spencer enjoys providing compassionate care for families. Her practice includes same day access for acute care, comprehensive prevention and wellness exams, and management of chronic illnesses. She believes the best clinical outcomes result when there is a strong partnership between the patient and health provider. Keri Bollman, PA-C

Keri has been working in primary care in Austin since graduation from PA school. She has a special interest in womens health and diabetes. She collaborates with her patients and aims to empower to overcome their illness. Outside of work she loves travel, is an avid reader, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Jenna Lounsberry, PA-C

Jenna was born and raised in North Austin. She graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Biology and University of Texas Pan American with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. As a recent graduate she has an interest in primary care and is excited to start her career. Outside of work she loves spending time with family and friends, listening to live music, and being outdoors as much as possible.

Care Philosophy

Jenna grew up with parents in the health profession and understands the importance of quality health care. She has always had a passion for helping people and knew at a very young age she wanted to be in health care. Compassion and communication are especially important to her when it comes to patient care. She has a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine as well as treating chronic illnesses such as hypertension, depression, diabetes and high cholesterol. With the new software she can keep track of patients disease management as well as prevention. The portal also keeps an open communication between patients and provider which she encourages all patients to utilize.

Michelle Pruett, PA-C

Michelle grew up in the Boerne / New Braunfels area. She graduated from the University of Texas in 1998 with a degree in Psychology. She then earned her BS in Physician Assistant Studies at UT Southwestern in Dallas 2001. After living in Dallas for 3 years, she returned to the Hill Country and worked in the Marble Falls / Llano area. She returned to Austin, where she and her husband Darryl live with their son Gavin (2007). While Michelle especially likes pediatrics and women’s health, she enjoys getting to know many generations of a family and treating all ages.

Care Philosophy

Michelle comes from a long line of family members in the helping professions, from firefighters to teachers, and has certainly found her home in Family Practice. Especially since starting a family of her own, she understands how important continuity of care and access are to individuals and families. She believes in health maintenance and disease prevention are worth the investment and loves educating patients on taking care of their bodies. Our new software allows much better tracking of both disease management and prevention which frees up more time for Michelle to focus on those issues.
