Dr. Ondash is originally from Youngstown, Ohio, and completed undergraduate and medical school there as well. He completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, and subsequently practiced in Chicago for approximately 4 years. Dr. Ondash has been a resident of Texas since 2004, taking a position with the Veterans Administration at that time, caring for the nation’s veterans. He returned to community practice in 2013.
