Dr. Hale grew up in Boerne, TX before attending undergrad at Baylor University, where he met his wife, Lily. He then went on to study medicine in Dallas at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. After a year of training in Emergency Medicine, he realized he wanted more follow up and continuity with his patients and made the transition to primary care. He then completed his Family Medicine training with Northwestern McGaw in Chicago, serving as a chief resident in his final year. He is excited to be back home in central Texas with his wife and their two cats, Stella and Theo. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, playing piano, reading, and enjoying all the live music and theatre Austin has to offer.

Care Philosophy: “As a primary care physician, I believe that the foundation of exceptional care lies in a strong, trusting relationship between doctor and patient. I view my role not just as a provider of medical care, but as a long-term partner in each patient’s health journey. I strive to meet patients where they are, both medically and personally, and support them in making informed decisions about their health care. Whether managing a chronic condition, setting lifestyle goals, or staying on top of preventive screenings, my goal is to work together with patients and empower them to live their healthiest life.”
