Care Philosophy
“My aim is to provide compassionate care for families and to partner with each individual in their medical journey. I believe the best clinical outcomes result when there is a strong partnership between the patient and health provider. My practice includes comprehensive prevention and wellness exams, optimal management of chronic conditions, as well as, same-day access for acute care. Through readily accessible office visits, secure electronic and personal communication with patients, and an excellent care team, I strive to ensure valuable patient care experiences for all of our patients.”

Accepting New Patients
Michelle grew up in the Boerne/New Braunfels area. She graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Psychology. She then earned her BS in Physician Assistant Studies at UT Southwestern in Dallas. After living in Dallas for 3 years, she returned to the Hill Country and worked in the Marble Falls/Llano area. She returned to Austin, where she and her husband Darryl live with their son Gavin. While Michelle especially likes pediatrics and women’s health, she enjoys getting to know many generations of a family and treating all ages.
Care Philosophy
Michelle comes from a long line of family members in the helping professions, from firefighters to teachers, and has certainly found her home in Family Practice. Especially since starting a family of her own, she understands how important continuity of care and access are to individuals and families. She believes in health maintenance and disease prevention are worth the investment and loves educating patients on taking care of their bodies. Our new software allows much better tracking of both disease management and prevention which frees up more time for Michelle to focus on those issues.
