It is with mixed emotions that we announce Dr. Allen Jarzombek is moving and will depart from Premier Family Physicians at Bastrop. He expresses his sincere gratitude for the trust that you have placed in him and our practice over the years. Dr. Jarzombek’s last day at Premier will be Friday, January 16, 2026.
Throughout his time with us, Dr. Jarzombek’s dedication to patient care and the community has been unwavering. We are incredibly grateful for the compassion, expertise, and commitment he has shown to every patient.
