Call Us First

If You Have a Health Concern or Are Feeling Ill, Call Us First! We are your Connection to a Healthier Life

We know you can develop a health concern when you don’t have an appointment when the office is closed, when you’re traveling, or when it’s just plain inconvenient. However, we’re here to make things easier.

If you need any medical assistance with non-life-threatening concerns, Call Us First and avoid the ER! Even if it’s after hours, still call us, and the nurse triage line can assist you with any urgent concerns and determine the necessary course of action for your care. We have the ability to not only offer medical advice but also schedule a same-day appointment, offer you a virtual visit, or even schedule an appointment at our Saturday clinic.

We are here for you even after the office is closed. Calling us after business hours will route you to our nurse triage line which can assist with any urgent concerns and determine the necessary course of action for your care.

What to Expect When Calling Our After-hours Nurse Triage Line

A registered nurse will assess you or your loved one and determine the type of care they need based on presenting symptoms. These experienced nurses will have access to your medical records to help determine the next steps for your care based on your particular healthcare goals with your Premier provider. They are available every day after our normal business hours 7 days a week.

Saturday Clinic

As a reminder, we have Saturday clinic hours available to all Premier patients. Below are the Saturday clinic locations and times:

When to go to the Emergency Room or call 911

In the spirit of delivering the very best care for you, the emergency room should be avoided except in true emergency situations. If you have a serious injury or illness that requires immediate assistance such as trauma/accidents, loss of consciousness, heart attack, chest pain, uncontrollable bleeding, shortness of breath, or other emergency conditions, we encourage you to go directly to the nearest emergency room or dial 911.

Medical issues that don’t appear to be emergencies should be directed to your primary care physician. If it’s after hours, Call Us First! We know your medical history and we can help you find the best care.
